It was a little chilly and wet a couple of weeks ago when I wound my way through the countryside to the rolling hills of Wendon, north of Riversdale (Southland) to photograph Tom, Kim and their son Hamish. These guys are an awesome family and Hamish is adorable! He wasn't too sure about me to begin with, but by the time I was heading home we were new best friends (the chocolate buttons in my pocket had nothing to do with it!).  The beautiful winter light . . .  I love how Hamish is looking up to his Mum in this one.  And to finnish, something sweet . . .  Thanks for having me Kerr family - it truly was a pleasure to work with you.
